I love the trends that we see coming back that are reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour.  All of the mirrored pieces that add sparkle & shine to an everyday home can also be mixed into any color scheme effortlessly.  A bit of sparkle can perk your work area up & add instant glamour to any home.  Surround yourself with beautiful things and it will make even the most mundane chores seem like they should be done while wearing a tiara.
These wonderful pieces from Partylite are economical & have dual purpose.  I love all things that can serve more than one purpose.  You can cluster these along with or without pillar candles on a fireplace mantel, foyer table, library credenza or down the center of your dining room table.  Simply by changing the colors of the candles will transition it into every season.

You can dress up your Master or guest bedrooms with these mirrored chests.  Or they can even make the transition into the formal living room if balanced wAmelie Mirrored Nightstandith the right pieces.  Mirrored pieces add an inherent drama and elegance to any space.  A great way to make a small room feel larger fast is to add mirrored pieces.  Mirrored furniture does NOT have to be costly.

These side tables can be found at Target for less than $100.  If you are patient and shop second hand and antique stores you may even be able to find some fantastic vintage pieces for similar prices but have a much nicer piece.                   Product Image

Flower Mirrors   Add some whimsy with fun etched mirrors.   These can be found in more than one imaginative shape at Pottery Barn Kids.  These prices are all reasonable enough that you can get different ones to use in all different places for all different seasons throughout your home.  I love pieces that can be fun in one room, romantic in another and quirky in the last.

Head out to your favorite stores or hop online and search mirrored furniture maybe you can find something to make you feel like cleaning in your tiara too.

I’m Mary,  mom of two kids who left a busy career as a Decorator, Kitchen/Bath Designer and Realtor for some of the top New Home Builders in the US to raise my kids.
The mom of a Special Needs Kindergartener and a typical Elementary schooler, I enjoy pretty things but can not pay sky high prices when things get broken quite often in my home. We live on the Jersey Shore and our home is our family's retreat. My guilty pleasure is to poke through the shore stores and find beautiful pieces.
